soundSpark is a free, monthly new music series for young children featuring solo and duo performances by emerging artists. soundSpark takes place at 12pm on the first Saturday of every month. The February 2018 featured artist is Caleb Veazey.

Caleb Veazey is a Los Angeles based guitarist, composer, and educator. He has appeared with artists such as Bennie Maupin, Rufus Reid, Joe LaBarberra, Darek Oles, Larry Koonse,Three Dog Night and has been a featured artist and clinician at festivals and universities all over the world. His debut record, “Wander and Moral” will be released in March of 2018 on PfMentum records. Caleb holds a MFA in jazz performance and composition from California Institute of the Arts.

The Children’s Theatre is on the second floor of the West Hollywood Library. From the garage, go upstairs and enter through the main doors. Walk straight down the hallway to the right, and the Children’s Theatre looks like a big shipping crate from the outside.
